Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • If you were charged incorrectly due to technical errors.
  • If the service has not been delivered within the promised timeframe, and no solution or extension was agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Once a digital product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Any service that has been partially or fully delivered, and the client has accepted the deliverables.
  • If the issue is related to a misunderstanding of the service scope after final approval has been given by the client.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@digitaleagle.in with the details of your request.
  2. Provide your order or transaction number, along with a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  3. We will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, Digital Eagle may offer a partial refund. This could apply to services that were started but not fully completed, or if the client requests changes after significant work has already been done. Any partial refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products such as templates, designs, and digital content are not eligible for refunds once delivered. However, if there are any issues with the file or format, we will work with you to resolve the problem or provide an alternative solution.
