1. Our Standard of Commitment
At Digital Eagle, we deploy elite engineering, design, and strategic resources to every project and product we create. Because our enterprise services require reserving high-value time blocks, and our digital products contain proprietary, instantly accessible intellectual property, we enforce a strict refund policy to protect the integrity of our agency and our clients.
2. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Digital Eagle offers premium digital assets, including UI kits, templates, agency blueprints, and courses.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the instantly accessible, replicable, and downloadable nature of digital assets, all sales of Digital Products are final and strictly non-refundable.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased file, our engineering team will provide immediate support to ensure you receive your product. A technical issue does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Accidental Purchases: We cannot issue refunds for accidental purchases or "change of mind" once the digital file has been accessed or the download link generated.
3. Enterprise Agency Services
For custom Web Development, App Engineering, Brand Architecture, and Digital Marketing services, the following financial terms apply:
- Initial Deposits: To initiate a project, we require an upfront deposit (as defined in your Statement of Work). This deposit secures your project slot in our queue and covers the intensive discovery and architecture phase. This deposit is 100% non-refundable.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion and approval of predefined project milestones are non-refundable. Once a phase is approved and paid for, those funds are allocated to the engineering hours already executed.
- Project Cancellation: Either party may terminate a service contract with written notice. If the Client terminates the project before completion, the Agency will retain all paid deposits and bill for any unbilled hours or completed work up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for work already executed.
4. Subscription Services & Retainers
For ongoing retainers (e.g., algorithmic SEO, digital marketing, platform maintenance), billing is conducted month-to-month or on a contracted term. You may cancel your subscription according to the notice period outlined in your contract (typically 30 days). We do not prorate or refund partial months of service once a billing cycle has commenced.
5. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
We view fraudulent chargebacks as a severe breach of contract. Before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card provider, you must contact our team to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks for delivered digital products or executed services will result in immediate termination of all licenses, suspension of services, and may be sent to our legal counsel for collection and dispute resolution.
